Atlas is one platform for your whole institution, on the phones your management, staff and students already carry. It starts with results: complete, checked and on time, from the lecturer’s desk to Senate to every student.
For universities, polytechnics and colleges of education.

One platform, run for you
Atlas is a service, not software to install and maintain. We run it, secure it and keep improving it, and every improvement reaches your institution at no extra cost.
Everyone
Management, staff and students, on one platform
Each person signs in to your institution’s own Atlas, on any phone or laptop, and sees what their role allows.
Run for you
Nothing to host, nothing to install
We host Atlas, keep it secure and back it up. Updates arrive on their own, so your ICT team keeps its time.
Always improving
Better every session, at no extra cost
Atlas grows with the institutions that use it. Each improvement reaches yours as it ships, with nothing to buy and nothing to install.
Where it starts
Results, from the lecturer’s desk to Senate to the student
Entry, deadlines, completeness, release and transcripts: the work your Senate depends on, first.
Bring your records with you
Import faculties, departments, lecturers, students and past results from spreadsheets. Each import checks itself before anything is saved.
Prove it before you rely on it
A reconciliation check compares Atlas’s CGPAs with the ones you hold, so differences surface during setup, not after.
Start with one department
Run one department for a semester alongside your current process. Nothing changes for anyone else.
How it works
For registry and administration
Today
Results arrive on spreadsheets and paper, and the gaps surface when Senate sits.
With Atlas
You see who and what is missing, by department, while there’s still time to fix it.
An illustration of Atlas’s Results completeness view with sample data: two departments complete, two with missing results.
For lecturers
Today
Spreadsheets, re-typing and last-minute chasing.
With Atlas
Enter it once, and Atlas checks it against the course’s rules and keeps the deadline in view.

For students
Today
Notice boards, GPA worked out by hand, and long waits.
With Atlas
Results, GPA and transcript on the phone you already carry.

Announcements and notifications
Post once, and Atlas delivers it to the whole institution, a faculty, a department or a single course. It lands in each person’s inbox and on their phone, so nothing waits on a notice board.
The right people, and only them
Address everyone, one role, a faculty, a department or a course. HODs reach their department, Deans their faculty, and lecturers the students on their courses.
Know it was seen
Every announcement shows its author how many people have read it, and unread ones wait in each person’s inbox until they do.
Notifications, like any app
Install Atlas and turn notifications on. Released results, new announcements, deadlines, appeal decisions and course registration then arrive on your phone or laptop.

Made here, for here
Not a foreign system with the words changed. Atlas speaks Senate, carryovers and CA from the start, and lets each department keep its own rules.
Security and your data
Kept apart
Each institution’s data is isolated in the database itself, not just hidden by the app.
Grade changes recorded
An audit log of who changed results, and when.
The right access for each role
Registrar, records officer and viewer tiers; lecturers see only their own courses.
Support access is read-only
When the Atlas team looks into a problem with you, it can see but not change, and the visit is recorded.
Backed up, and restores tested
Encrypted backups scheduled every six hours, with restore drills actually run, not just planned.
Transcripts anyone can check
Each transcript carries a QR code anyone can scan to check it against the record.

Founding partners · 2026/27
We’re taking a small number of founding partners this session. You start with one department for a semester, alongside your current process, and work directly with us as Atlas grows around what your institution needs.
Questions
Results is where Atlas starts, because that’s where a registry feels the pressure most. Atlas is built to be your institution’s platform, and it keeps improving: every improvement reaches your institution at no extra cost.
With announcements. Registry can post to the whole institution, a faculty, a department or one role; HODs and Deans to their own department or faculty; and lecturers to the students on their courses. Each one lands in the inbox and, for anyone who has turned notifications on, on their phone or laptop.
Yes, and we recommend it. One department runs on Atlas for a semester, alongside your current process, so nothing is at risk while you judge it.
From spreadsheets. Atlas imports faculties, departments, lecturers, students and past results, and checks each file before saving anything. A reconciliation check then compares Atlas’s CGPAs with your own, so any difference shows up during setup.
No. Atlas runs in any up-to-date phone or laptop browser. Anyone who wants it on their home screen can add it like an app, and their transcript stays readable without a connection.
Only your institution’s users, each according to their role — lecturers see their own courses, students their own results. Changes to results are logged. When the Atlas team helps with a problem, its access is read-only and recorded.
No. Atlas is built for universities, polytechnics and colleges of education, and each department keeps its own grading scheme.
Founding partners receive preferential terms, and improvements to Atlas come at no extra cost. We’ll walk you through pricing in conversation.
